1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the mycuci3 platform, accessible via mycuci3.net ("Platform"). These Terms take effect from the date you access or register an account on the Platform.

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the mycuci3 Platform, you expressly and implicitly agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all additional guidelines or rules that may be published from time to time. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and mycuci3 regarding your use of the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a company or legal entity, you confirm that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms. mycuci3 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. 2 Member Eligibility

To use the mycuci3 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Legally residing in or located in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an individual who has self-excluded from the mycuci3 platform or any related betting platform.
• Not act on behalf of any third party or business entity while using the platform for personal purposes.
• No prior convictions related to fraud, money laundering, or any financial criminal offence.

Mycuci3 reserves the right to request proof of identity or age at any time. If you are unable to verify your eligibility, your account will be suspended until full verification is received. Use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the above criteria is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

3 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to register and hold only one (1) account mycuci3 only. Multiple accounts are not permitted under any circumstances. If mycuci3 detects more than one account registered by the same user — whether through the same name, email address, phone number, IP address, or device — all accounts in question will be suspended and the total balance may be forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Any losses arising from inaccurate information are entirely your own responsibility.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. All activity occurring under your account is considered your own. Please contact mycuci3's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Mycuci3 reserves the right to reject registration applications or close existing accounts without providing a reason if we have reasonable grounds to believe that eligibility requirements have not been met or that information provided is false or misleading.

4 Deposit & Payment Methods

Mycuci3 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only. All supported payment methods are local Malaysian options. Below is a summary of available deposit methods:

Deposits may only be made using a payment method registered under your own account name. mycuci3 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances. Any deposit suspected to originate from a third party will be reversed and the account in question will be investigated.

Mycuci3 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your payment service provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond mycuci3's control. All successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe shown in the table above.

5 Withdrawal of Funds

Withdrawals from your mycuci3 account are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for your deposit, or to a Malaysian bank account registered in your own name.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

All bets placed on mycuci3 are final once confirmed by the system. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet details prior to confirmation. mycuci3 will not cancel or modify confirmed bets except under exceptional circumstances as outlined in our cancellation policy.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game type and market — these limits are displayed on the betting interface for your reference.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings, unless a significant technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption, any affected bets will be voided and the full amount returned to the member's account.

8 Prohibitions & Restrictions

Users of the mycuci3 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including using another person's credit card or e-wallet details without authorisation.
• Attempting to exploit technical bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the mycuci3 platform for any unlawful activity.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your mycuci3 account to another party.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or identity-masking technology to bypass geographical restrictions.

Any breach of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and legal action where applicable. mycuci3 reserves the right to share information relating to fraudulent activity with the relevant authorities.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your mycuci3 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be returned via your original payment method.

Mycuci3 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following situations:
